It isn't even necessary e.g. to exchange eggs with a substitue powder which can be bought in health food stores. You can simply use apple sauce or bananas.
The apple pie was amazing! It was a bit flat as I used too few apples but it still tasted really good. The dough is easy to make, it's just vegan butter, flour and sugar. It needs to cool for an hour in the fridge. After that you roll it out and put it in a springform pan. You cube the apples and mix them with apple sauce and fill them in the pan. On top of that you put crumbles made of vegan butter, flour, sugar and cinnamon.

The coconut cake is made of flour, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, sugar and baking powder. I didn't take any pictures of the cake. It didn't look too good, more like bread than a cake. It was yummy but still, it tasted more like bread than a cake.
